US DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Tiara’s.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are M-F 10am -6pm, Sat 10am -5pm.

Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

RETURNS

7 DAYS TO RETURN

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will exchange or offer a store credit for the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. We do not provide free returns, anything returned is done at the cost of the customer.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at tiaras_boutique@yahoo.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We are happy to accommodate exchanges for any items returned within 7 days of purchase with the confirmation number or receipt, tag must still be attached and the item must be free of perfume and makeup. Please be advised that we do not offer cash refunds. There are also times when special sales are final, please be aware of those times.
